Access Your Health Info Anytime with MyHealth
Patients visiting a participating provider or admitted to any Lutheran Health Network hospital can now sign up for MyHealth, our free, secure online patient service, powered by FollowMyHealth.
Sign-up is simple and takes place when patients arrive for provider appointments or as part of the hospital admission process. Look for the MyHealth logo and talk to a staff member about getting connected right away.
Registered patients can access their healthcare records from any location and manage their personal health 24/7.
Lutheran Health Physician patients are able to:
- Request appointments and prescription refills
- View most lab results*
- Control their records and download, fax or email health information
- Communicate with participating physician offices online
- Utilize online health and wellness tools
- Control the number of MyHealth emails and notifications received
*Healthcare providers should confirm whether or not specific results will be available online. Lab results will typically be available in four days.
**Information will be available online soon after discharge from the hospital and includes hospital stays that occurred after LHN facilities began registering people for MyHealth.
Patients who utilize the MyHealth patient portal can also request refills online. Sign in to MyHealth and navigate to the "Medications" tab. Click on the line with the medication to be refilled, then click on the pill bottle icon in the "Options" column.
In the popup window, ensure the proper provider is showing and the right pharmacy. Add additional notes, if desired, and click "Send" to deliver the request to the provider.
Pain medications will not be refilled without an office visit.
