Urology is the surgical specialty that focuses on the functions and disorders of the male and female urinary tract and the male reproductive system. Urologists treat diseases and conditions that affect the bladder, urethra, ureters, kidneys, and adrenal glands, as well as the epididymis, penis, prostate, seminal vesicles and testes in men.
