Esosa Odigie-Okon, MD, MSc, FACC
Esosa Odigie-Okon, MD, MSc, FACC, joined Lutheran Health Physicians after serving as a non-invasive cardiologist at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin and a clinical adjunct assistant professor of medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, Wisconsin. As a non-invasive cardiologist, Dr. Odigie-Okon examines patients and orders and performs tests to prevent, diagnose and treat heart conditions.
Dr. Odigie-Okon's research has been published in several medical journals covering topics in hypertension, transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac injuries and cardiac magnetic resonance. She was also the medical director of cardiac MRI/CT, nuclear imaging and cardio testing at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse.
Dr. Odigie-Okon is board certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, adult comprehensive echocardiography, cardiovascular computed tomography, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and internal medicine.
She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society for Nuclear Cardiology.
