Deanna Massie, CNS, is a clinical nurse specialist with focus in bariatric surgery. Massie assists surgeons during bariatric and general procedures and she also provides care for patients before and after surgery.
Massie graduated from Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana with a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree/clinical nurse specialist.
Massie joined Lutheran Health Physicians after serving as a clinical nurse specialist in a bariatric surgical setting for over 10 years. Before coming to Fort Wayne, she worked as a registered nurse in oncology at Palos Community Hospital in Illinois.
