Jeffrey P. Levenda, M.D., joined Lutheran Health Physicians in 2014.
Dr. Levenda, who was born in Hammond, IN, and grew up in Portage, graduated from Indiana University Northwest in Gary in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in biology. He earned a master's degree in biology (PU) in 2001 and a second master's degree in cellular and integrative physiology (IU) in 2005 at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis alongside his medical degree.
Dr. Levenda, who treats a vast array of musculoskeletal conditions in adults and children, also has a special interest in athlete burnout, diet and exercise, injection therapy, joint pathology and ultrasound diagnostics.
