Tara Little, FNP-C, CWS, is a member of Lutheran Health Physicians providing wound care for patients at Kosciusko Community Hospital. As a certified family nurse practitioner in wound care, Little specializes in treating chronic, non-healing wounds that have not shown signs of improvement in several weeks or are not responding to typical treatments.
Little earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Goshen College. Prior to joining LHP, she worked at KCH as a nurse practitioner for Indiana Wound Care, where she assessed patients with acute and chronic wounds and developed advanced wound care plans to achieve healing through evidence-based practices.
Little has a strong commitment to community outreach, highlighted by her involvement with Wawasee Community Schools, Kosciusko County Health Department and Relay for Life.
