Hazar Saadeh, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in the medical management of cardiovascular diseases affecting the heart and blood vessels. She provides ongoing cardiology care, focusing on optimizing treatment plans and educating patients on heart-healthy lifestyle practices. Her advanced clinical training emphasized the care of adults and older adults with acute, critical and complex health conditions, including hands-on experience managing acute coronary syndromes and heart failure.
She became a nurse practitioner because she wanted to take on a more active role in diagnosing, managing and most importantly, preventing, complex health conditions to help patients achieve better outcomes and improve their quality of life.
She is passionate about helping patients recover and maintain their health through specialized care. She takes time to listen, educate and explain options clearly because she believes understanding your health is the first step to taking charge of it. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that every patient feels heard, cared for and confident in their health journey. Being fluent in both English and Arabic, she also strives to make healthcare inclusive for diverse communities.
Outside of work, Saadeh enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and staying active because she believes a balanced life makes for a better provider.
