Patrick Holly, M.D., CNFPMC, joined Lutheran Health Physicians in November 2010 when his former group, Associated Family Medical Consultants, joined LHP.
Dr. Holly graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL. A clinical assistant professor of family medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Holly was assistant director of the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program Family Practice Residency program from 1996 to 2006, and he was interim medical director at Parkview Hospital from 2001 to 2002. In addition, he served on the Indiana University School of Medicine Fort Wayne Center for Medical Education Community Advisory board from 1996 to 1999.
