About
Akindolapo, Akinwande, M.D., FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist who diagnoses and treats patients with heart disorders such as coronary disease, heart failure and heart valve disease. Dr. Akinwande is also board certified in nuclear cardiology and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining LHP, Dr. Akinwande served as a cardiologist at Indiana Heart Physicians, Inc., in Indianapolis and taught at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has contributed to several publications in medical journals covering topics including chest pain and heart valve repair and reconstruction.
