Lucia M. Kroh, R.N., N.P., joined Lutheran Medical Group as an adult nurse practitioner in 1997. Before joining LMG, she was a nurse practitioner at Indiana Regional Medical Consultants in Fort Wayne and a nursing instructor at the University of Saint Francis. Earlier in her career, she worked in a variety of nursing roles in several hospitals in Indiana, including Ball Memorial, Lutheran, Parkview and St. Vincent's hospitals. She was also a nursing instructor at Ball State University in Muncie.
Kroh graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis with an associate degree in nursing in 1971 and from the Indiana University School of Nursing, also in Indianapolis, in 1974. She earned a master's in nursing with a focus on physiology and staff development in 1985 and a post-masters certificate (nurse practitioner program) at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind., in 1995.
