Shelly Prichard, FNP, is a primary care provider who cares for men, women and children of all ages. She provides preventive and chronic care, and also treats various acute illnesses. Prichard brings several years of healthcare related experience to Lutheran Health Physicians within various hospital and clinical settings.
As a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Prichard earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing before completing a master’s degree in nursing education from the University of Phoenix. She later received a family nurse practitioner certificate from Graceland University. Prichard served in direct patient care beginning in 1988, before transitioning to a role at Zimmer Biomet Inc, formerly Biomet, Inc., in Warsaw, Indiana. In her ten years with that organization, Prichard has led many innovative technologies that helped bring the healthcare industry to create a better patient care platform.
